A static QR code you can keep

The code contains your URL or text directly. There is no UtilitiesWeb redirect URL, scan counter, subscription, or expiry mechanism. A website QR code still depends on its destination remaining available. Editing the encoded content requires generating a new code.

PNG or SVG?

PNG is useful for documents, presentations, and social images. SVG stays sharp when resized for print. Both outputs use black modules, a white background, and a quiet zone of at least four modules. Downloaded SVG files contain only the generated graphic, not scripts or external resources.

Size and error correction

Higher correction can help with damage but makes a denser code. More text also increases density. Use up to 1,500 UTF-8 bytes; the practical limit can be smaller at high correction levels. Long content may need a larger output size. Plain-text mode preserves leading and trailing spaces.

Verify before sharing

Scan the downloaded file using the devices and print size you intend to support. Check the complete destination, especially before adding a code to permanent printed materials. The generator does not visit, validate ownership of, or scan the destination website for safety.
